What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept PDF, EPS, AI, SVG (vector files), and high-resolution JPG, PNG, TIFF (raster files). Vector files are preferred for the best print quality.

Do you charge an art fee?

We provide free artwork review and basic vectorization for simple designs. If your artwork needs significant enhancement or recreation, there's a $25 art fee to make it print-ready. We'll let you know before processing.

What's the difference between DTF and screen printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is great for detailed designs, photos, and small quantities. Screen printing is more cost-effective for larger quantities (25+ pieces) and provides vibrant, long-lasting prints. Screen printing requires setup fees but offers better per-piece pricing for volume orders.

Printing Methods

How long does production take?

Most orders are completed within 3-5 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (1-2 days) are available for an additional fee. Embroidery typically takes 5-7 business days due to the detailed nature of the process.

Production & Shipping

Do you offer free proofs?

Yes! We provide free digital proofs for all orders. You'll receive an email with your proof for approval before production begins. We don't charge your card until you approve the proof.

What garment brands do you use?

We use premium blanks from brands like Gildan, Next Level, Bella+Canvas, and American Apparel. All garments are pre-shrunk and made from quality materials. Specific brand availability varies by style and color.

What's your minimum order quantity?

DTF printing: 1 piece minimum. Screen printing: 1 piece minimum (but becomes cost-effective at 12+ pieces). Embroidery: 2 pieces minimum. Fastisol transfers: 5 pieces minimum.

What resolution should my artwork be?

For best results, raster images should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. For a 4"x4" print, your image should be at least 1200x1200 pixels. Vector files (PDF, EPS, AI, SVG) are resolution-independent and always provide the best quality.

Artwork & Files

Can I print on multiple locations?

Absolutely! You can print on front, back, left chest, right chest, left sleeve, and right sleeve. Each location is priced separately, and you can select any combination that fits your design needs.

How do quantity discounts work?

Our pricing automatically adjusts based on quantity. The more you order, the lower the per-piece price. You'll see real-time pricing as you adjust quantities. Volume discounts can save you 30-70% per piece on large orders.
